This position will provide administrative support to the staff of our Advising and Testing Services department and requires an organized and detail-oriented person.
To be considered for this challenging opportunity, you will have to have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of full-time administrative experience, excellent written and spoken communication, problem solving skills and initiative. Excellent Microsoft Office and a high attention to detail are a must.
Ideal candidate will be a team player that will manage a degree authentication project verifying institution accreditation and student graduation, fulfill orders for book and test material orders, create sales orders and invoices for client test orders, score tests using I-Ops software, maintain client records in I-Ops software, Deltek Costpoint and Microsoft Excel. Successful candidate will also have the ability to arrange and track test administrations, troubleshoot registration problems, maintain field office test registration site and respond to client inquiries. Experience with tracking the financial aspects of projects, using online registration systems as well as supporting social media and online marketing efforts is desirable.
